Assisted Living Program

services

VillageCare at 46 and Ten offers an Assisted Living Program (ALP) that is licensed by the New York State Department of Health; and available to New York State residents who are Medicaid recipients and meet the program admission criteria.

Upon admission, a detailed Nursing Assessment will determine the level of care required for each resident; and an individualized Plan of Care will be developed in consultation wit the resident.

Our apartments have a complete kitchen, which includes a refrigerator and stove. Air conditioners are provided in each apartment.

Residents must be 62 or older Active New York State Medicaid Medicare does not cover the Assisted Living Program Long Term Care Policies generally do not cover Assisted Living Programs
